摘 要:针对国内弹簧发展现状和特点,开发了一套基于CPAC(Computer Programmable Automation Controller)的数控弹簧机控制系统。重点阐述了数控弹簧机的硬件组成和控制系统软件模块设计与实现,采用以HMI为人机界面、固高GUC系列通用一体化控制器为控制核心,利用ST语言和梯形图(LD)两种语言开发了开放式模块化弹簧机数控系统,满足了弹簧现代化生产需要,提高了生产效率。According to the development status and characteristics of domestic spring machine at present, the computer numberi- cal control (CNC) system for spring machine based on Computer Programmable Automation Controller (CPAC) is designed. The hard- ware composition of the CNC spring machine and the modular design and implement of control system software were mainly elaborated. The open and modularized spring machine CNC system were developed based on human machine interface (HMI) for human-computer interface, the general integration motion controller GUC series from Googol as the control core and the programming language of ST and the ladder diagram (LD). This design can meet the needs of modern spring production and improve the production efficiency.
