摘  要:目的应用速度向量成像技术对吸毒者左室心肌纵向、环向和径向收缩功能改变特点进行研究。方法对143例吸毒者和58例健康对照者行超声心动图和左室整体应变检查,将吸毒者按照年限分为A、B、C三组,比较各组间年龄、性别和超声参数差异,评估超声参数与吸毒年限间的关系。结果与对照组、A组和B组比较,C组左室壁明显增厚,左室内径明显增大,LVEF明显下降。纵向峰值应变在各组间差异均有统计学意义;径向和环向峰值应变在C组与其他组间差异均有统计学意义。纵向和环向峰值应变与吸毒年限有显著相关性,而纵向峰值应变与吸毒年限相关性最好。结论左心室整体纵向收缩功能是反映吸毒导致左心室心肌功能损害的有效参数。Objective To evaluate the characteristics of left ventricular longitudinal, circumferential and radial systolic function changes in drug addicts by velocity vector imaging. Methods Conventional echocardiography and left ventricular global strain were examined and measured in 143 drug addicts and 58 heahhy controls, and the drug addicts are divided into three groups according to the years of drug taking: A group, B group and C group. The differences in age, sex, and echocardiographic parameters were compared, and the relationship between echoeardiographic parame ters and the years of drug taking were evaluated. Results Compared with the control group, the A group and the 13 group, the thickness of LV wall in the C group and LVIDd were significantly increased, and LVEF significantly decreased. The global longitudinal peak strain in each group was statistically significanl. The radial and circumferential peak strain were statistically significant between the C group and the other groups. The global longitudinal and circum ferential peak strain were significantly related to the years of drug taking, and longitudinal peak strain correlates best with the years of drug taking. Conclusions The global longitudinal systolic function of the left ventricle is an effective parameter to reflect the myocardial dysfunction of the left ventricle caused by drug abuse.
