长春市旧居住街区活力再生设计研究——以长春市红旗街道西三西四街区为例

摘　　要：城市中出现越来越多的旧居住街区改造活动,对建筑本身物质条件基础进一步改善,刺激旧居住街区的活力再生也是一个重要部分。在此,文章通过对长春市西三西四街区的调研,分析了旧居住街区活力再生可行性,探讨了旧居住街区活力再生的设计方法,提出了优化公共空间、丰富多元文化、设施共享以及多元为主体的管理机制,希望可以为长春市其他旧居住街区活力再生提供一定的参考与借鉴。More and more renovation activities of old residential blocks appear in cities, which further improve the material condition of buildings, and stimulate the regeneration of old residential neighborhoods. Then, based on the investigation of Changchun xisanxisan block, analyzes the old residential district regeneration feasibility, discusses the design method of old residential district regeneration, proposed to optimize the public space, rich cultural diversity, and multiple shared facilities as the main body of the management mechanism, the hope can provide some reference for regeneration for Changchun other old residential neighborhoods vitality.
