摘 要:以某全液压传动型钻机为研究对象,基于其整车工作原理对液压工作系统及冷却系统进行等效简化,采用AME S im软件建立机电液一体化一维仿真模型,并基于整车循环工况进行动态仿真计算。通过整车热平衡试验对模型计算的准确性进行验证。结果表明,所采用的一维仿真计算方法能够准确有效地对整车液压系统升温过程及冷却系统能力进行仿真分析,可推广应用于工程机械液压油冷却系统的设计计算。With a drill machine in full hydraulic drive taken as an object for research work,and the hydraulic operational system and the cooling system have to be equal-effect simplified based on the whole machine's working principles, by using AMESim software to construct 1-D simulation models, besides carrying out dynamic simulation computations as based on the whole machine's circular working conditions, before verifying accuracy in the modular calculations through thermal balance tests on the whole machine. The results show that the 1-D computation can precisely and effectively carry out simulation analyses of the whole machine's temp rise process at the hydraulic system,as well as the cooling system's capability,and finally, this way can be promoted to apply to design and calculation of hydraulic oil cooling system in the construction machinery.
