摘 要:目的 :调查研究集训后期新兵的体格、体能及其相互关系 ,为其体质评价提供科学依据。方法 :用常规法测量 35 4名新兵的身高、体重、身体四个部位的围度、三个部位的皮褶厚度 ,并计算体重指数 (BMI)、上臂肌围、体脂率及去脂体重等 ;采用踏梯运动试验法测量 2 4 4名新兵的PWC170 和VO2max。结果 :(1)统计描述了新兵 14项体格指标和 2项体能指标的均值、标准差、最大和最小值、以及百分位数 ,为体格体能评价提供了参考值。 (2 )新兵中BMI正常和超重的人数分别占 84 .5 %和 10 .7% ,瘦弱和肥胖者分别占 4 .2 %和 0 .6 % ;上臂肌围正常者占 70 .3% ,肌消瘦者 2 9.6 %、多属轻度 ;PWC170 和VO2max在良好以上者分别占 76 .0 %和 86 .1% ,未发现体能很差的新兵。 (3)BMI与体重、上臂围、上臂肌围和胸围的r分别为 :0 .815、0 .730、0 .6 70、和 0 .6 48(P <0 .0 1) ;PWC170 与VO2max的r为 0 .837(P <0 .0 1) ,体脂率与三个部位皮褶厚度也显著相关 ;对体能与体格各指标进行了逐步回归分析。 (4)BMI低于正常的新兵 ,其PWC170 为 (10 98± 176 .2 )kg·m·min- 1,明显低于正常的 (132 8± 2 34.5 )kg·m·min- 1,(P <0 .0 1) ;细长体型组的PWC170 为(12 0 3± 2 17.8)kg·m·min- 1,低于匀称组 (1331± 2 2 9.6 )Objective:To investigate the physical development, physical fitness and their interrelation in recruits at later stage (nearly 3 months) of training, thus to provide a scientific basis for physical evaluation.Methods: Body height, body weight, 4 circumferences and 3 skin fold thickness of 354 recruits were measured, and body mass index (BMI), upper arm muscular circumference, fat mass rate, fat free mass and Vervacck index were calculated. PWC 170 and VO 2max of 244 recruits were measured by the stepping exercise test. Results:(1) The mean, standard deviation, maximum, minimum and percentiles of 12 physical development and 2 physical fitness indexes were statistically described, these data provided the reference values for evaluation of physical development and physical fitness. (2) Normal BMI and over weight recruits amounted to 84.5% and 10.7% respectively, thin and obese 4.2% and 0.6%, normal upper arm muscular circumference and muscular thin 70.4% and 29.6%. PWC 170 and VO 2max above good level accounted for 76.1% and 86.1% respectively. (3) BMI was correlated with body weight, circumference of upper arm,upper arm muscle and chest (r=0.815,0.730,0.670 and 0.648 respectively P<0.01); r between PWC 170 and VO 2max was 0.837 (P<0.01),fat mass rate was also correlated with 3 skin fold thickness; indexes of physical fitness and physical development were analyzed by the stepwise regression analysis, and the regression equations were established. (4) PWC 170 of the recruits under normal BMI 〔(1 098±176.2) kg·m·min -1 〕 was significantly lower than (1 328±234.5) kg·m·min -1 in normal BMI recruits; PWC 170 of recruits in the slender figure 〔 (1 203±217.8) kg·m·min -1 〕 was significantly lower than (1 331±229.6) kg·m·min -1 (P<0.05) in the proportional figure.
