摘  要:转矩和转速是钻机性能测试中最重要的2个参数,测量结果的准确性和可靠性对钻机的研制及其在煤矿上的应用推广至关重要。简要介绍了转矩转速传感器的类型及其优缺点,并以NJ2D-2000磁电式传感器为例,进行校准方法研究并评定其不确定度,结果表明:该校准方法可靠,同样适用于其他量程的转矩转速传感器。As torque and rotational speed are the most important parameters in the rig performance testing system, its accuracy and reliability are vital for the rigs development and their application and popularization in coal mines. After introducing the types of torque and rotational speed sensors in addition to their merits and drawbacks,the NJ2D-2000 electromagnetic sensor was taken as an example to illustrate the calibrating methods and evaluate its measurement uncertainty. According to the results, it proves the calibrating method is reliable and could also applied into other sensors with different measuring range.
