摘 要:为了解决井下制冷区域大、制冷负荷高的深井热害防治技术难题,开发了一种制冷功率达到3 300 k W的矿用井下集中制冷机组,对集中制冷机组的进行防爆设计,达到煤矿井下防爆的技术要求;该机组在阳城煤矿进行了示范应用,达到了良好的降温效果,降温幅度达到了5℃以上,工作面的环境温度维持在26℃以下,相对湿度维持在80%左右。In order to solve the problem of heat damage prevention and control in deep well with high cooling load and high cooling load in underground mine, it is developed an underground centralized refrigeration unit witch cooling power is 33 00 kW,and then does explosion protection design. And make it meet the technical requirements of coal mine explosion protection. The underground centralized refrigeration units are demonstration application in Yangcheng cool mine. The cooling rate reaches more than 5℃. The temperature of working environment maintains at lower than 26 ℃. The relative humidity is maintained at around 80%.
