摘  要:20世纪80年代,在发展铁路高速货运的基础设施条件已具备、铁路包裹和快件运输市场份额大幅下降以及政府让铁路承担更多运输任务的背景下,原德国联邦铁路开始致力于发展铁路高速货运。介绍铁路高速货运的界定、目标市场定位,分析高速货运产品经历了研发货运动车组、推出机车牵引的快运列车InterCargoExpress、与原德国邮政联合开行行包快运列车PIC以及与多家物流公司联合推出快捷联合运输产品XPress Net等发展历程。总结得出:德国铁路高速货物列车一般为连接货运中心的整列直达联合运输列车,目标市场主要为信件、快件和包裹运输,开展铁路高速货运需着重解决机车车辆改造、运营组织、前后端联合运输接驳和成本经济性等方面的问题。In Germany, the 1980s witnessed the completion of high speed freeight infrastructure, the significant decline of the market share of railway parcel and express deliveries as well as government's requirement to let the railway sector shoulders more transport responsibilities. In this context, DB initiated its commitment to high speed freight transport. The paper introduces the definition and the market orientation of high speed freight transport, and then it looks into the development milestones, including the R&D of freight EMUs, the roll out of the locomotive-driven express train-lnterCargoExpress, the joint operation of the parcel express train-P1C with Deutsche Post, and the express transport product-XpressNet jointly developed with multiple logistic companies. It can be concluded that most of the the high speed fi'eight trains in Germany are through trains of combined transport that link two freight centers. The service targets mail delivery, express delivery and parcel delivery. The development of high speed railway freight transport requires the upgrade of locomotives and rolling stocks, the improvement of operation organization, smooth connection of each ends of the combined transport as well as reasonable economic costs.
