复方香连涂膜剂的定性定量研究

摘  要:目的:建立复方香连涂膜剂的定性定量分析方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对处方中黄连、防风、白芷进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对制剂中的大黄素和大黄酚进行含量测定。结果:在薄层色谱中均能鉴别出黄连、防风、白芷;大黄素质量浓度在0.02~0.5μg·mL^(-1)范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9991),平均回收率为99.3%(RSD=1.1%);大黄酚质量浓度在0.03~0.75μg·mL^(-1)范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9995),平均回收率为99.3%(RSD=1.0%)。结论:本文建立的定性定量方法简便,结果准确,可用于复方香连涂膜剂的质量控制。Objective:To establish an analysis method for qualitative and quantitative of Fufang Xianglian plastics.Methods:Coptidis Rhizome,Angelicae Dahuricae Radix and Saposhnikoviae Radix were identified by TLC.Emodin and chrysophanol were determined by HPLC.Results Coptidis Rhizome,Angelicae Dahuricae Radix and Saposhnikoviae Radix could be identified distinctly by TLC.The linear range for emodin was 0.02-0.5 μg·mL^-1(r=0.9991) and the average recovery was 99.3%(RSD = 1.1%).The linear range for chrysophanol was 0.03-0.75 μg·mL^-1(r=0.9995)and the average recovery was 99.3%(RSD =1.0%).Conclusion:The proposed qualitative and quantitative methods are simple and accurate,and can be used for quality control of Fufang Xianglian plastics.
