摘  要:为了解生物炭与石灰配合施用对降低稻米中重金属积累的效果,选择2种酸度差异较大的重金属污染土壤(微酸性土和酸性土),分别设置6个生物炭(BC)与石灰(LM)不同用量比例的水稻盆栽试验(包括0.00%BC+0.00%LM、0.40%BC+0.00%LM、0.30%BC+0.10%LM、0.20%BC+0.20%LM、0.10%BC+0.30%LM和0.00%BC+0.40%LM等处理),分析稻米中Cd和Pb的积累及土壤中有效态Cd和Pb含量及Cd和Pb的化学形态组成。结果表明,等质量施用情况下,石灰比例越高施用后土壤p H值提升越大。对降低土壤中有效态Cd和Pb含量及稻米中Cd和Pb的积累以处理0.20%BC+0.20%LM(微酸性土)或0.10%BC+0.30%LM(酸性土)为最佳。对于土壤养分的维持而言,生物炭优于石灰的施用。综合降低稻米重金属Cd和Pb积累及改良土壤效果,生物炭与石灰配合施用好于石灰或生物炭的单独施用。To understand the effect of combined application of biochar(BC) and lime(LM) on the accumulationof heavy metals in rice, we chose 2 kinds of soil(slight acid soil and acid soil) with different acidities as potexperimental soil for rice growth, to test the effects by the application of 6 different combined dosages of BCand LM( 6 treatments including 0.00%BC+0.00%LM, 0.40%BC+0.00%LM, 0.30%BC+0.10%LM, 0.20%BC+0.20%LM, 0.10%BC+0.30%LM, and 0.00%BC+0.40%LM) and analyzed accumulation of Cd and Pb in rice,and the available contents and chemical forms of Cd and Pb in soil. The results showed that: soil p H valueincreased with increasing proportion of lime under the same application mass of improvement agent; bestcombined dosages for reducing the accumulation of Cd and Pb in rice and soil available Cd and Pb was 0.20%BC+0.20% for the slight acid soil and 0.10%BC+0.30%LM for the acid soil; application of biochar was betterfor the maintenance of soil nutrients than the application of lime. Comprehensive consideration of the reductionof Cd and Pb accumulation in rice and the effect on soil improvement, combined application of biochar andlime is better than individual application of lime or biochar.
