摘  要:以油茶芽苗砧嫁接口为材料,研究内源激素GA_3、IAA、ABA和ZR对油茶芽苗砧嫁接口愈合的作用机理。结果表明,GA_3、IAA、ABA和ZR都影响油茶芽苗砧嫁接口的愈合。激素间相互作用中,以GA_3/ZR、ZR/IAA和ABA/ZR显著影响愈合,其中ZR/IAA主要影响嫁接口形态建成方向,GA_3/ZR和ABA/ZR影响嫁接口的形态形成;嫁接体各组织内源激素相关分析得出,4个内源激素间ZR与GA_3相关性最大,并达到极显著水平(P)。综合分析得出油茶芽苗砧嫁接可通过GA_3调控内源激素水平。结果为油茶芽苗砧嫁接科学研究奠定基础,推广应用提供理论指导。To find out healing mechanism,endogenous hormones,including GA_3,IAA,ABA and ZR,were determined by ELISA during the development of the nurse seedling grafted union in Camellia oleifera. The results showed that GA_3,IAA,ABA and ZR all played an important role in the healing of C. oleifera grafted union. GA_3/ZR、ZR/IAA and ABA/ZR had a significant effect on the healing in the grafted union,among which ZR/IAA mainly regulated the morphological formation direction,GA_3/ZR and ABA/ZR affected the morphological formation. The correlation analysis showed that the correlation between ZR and GA_3 was the highest between with these four endogenous hormones,which reached the extremely significant level( P). The level of endogenous hormones can be regulated by GA_3. The results will provide the theoretical guidance for the scientific research and the application of the nurse seedling grafting in C. oleifera.
