摘  要:为了研究火炮结构在火药燃气作用下冲击响应特征,利用小波变换在时域内能够聚焦到信号的任意细节并提取信号特征的能力,提出了基于小波谱能量和小波能量熵的冲击响应分析方法。通过建立火炮有限元模型,获得摇架结构的加速度时域曲线,并运用小波变换获得加速度时域曲线的小波系数,对小波系数进行处理得到小波能量谱和小波能量熵,获得结构冲击响应的能量信息与频率信息。通过对冲击响应信号的小波能量熵与小波谱能量信息分析表明,火炮受到冲击载荷时段能量熵较大,其高频能量所占的比例较高,为结构冲击响应分析提供了新的思路。In order to study the impulse response characteristics of the gun structure under the action of gunpowder gas,the ability of the wavelet transform to focus on any detail of the signal in the time domain and extract the signal characteristics is proposed. The impact response analysis method based on the wavelet energy spectrum and the wavelet energy entropy is proposed. Firstly,the finite element model of the gun is established to obtain the acceleration time domain curve of the cradle structure. Secondly,the wavelet coefficients of the time domain curve of the acceleration are obtained by wavelet transform.Finally,the wavelet coefficients are processed to obtain the wavelet energy spectrum and the wavelet energy entropy to obtain the structural shock response of the energy information and frequency information. The analysis of wavelet entropy and wavelet spectrum energy information of the impulse response signal shows that the energy entropy of the gun is larger than that of the impact load,and the proportion of the high frequency is higher,which provides a new idea for the structural impact response analysis.
