背俞穴针罐疗法联合中药内服治疗围绝经期失眠临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察背俞穴针罐疗法联合中药内服从肝肾论治妇女围绝经期失眠的临床疗效。方法:将60例确诊为围绝经期失眠的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组予以口服谷维素片治疗,治疗组予以背俞穴针罐疗法联合中药内服治疗,观察治疗前后症状改善情况。结果:治疗组总有效率86.7%,对照组总有效率63.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:背俞穴针罐疗法联合中药内服从肝肾论治能有效减轻围绝经期失眠症状,疗效确切。Objective To observe the effect of Back - Shu acupuncture - cupping therapy combined with Chinese medicine from the liver and kidney on clinical effect of treating perimenopausal insomnia. Methods 60 cases of perimenopausal insomnia patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group, the treatment group was given Back - Shu acu- puncture - cupping therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment, the control group was treated with Oryzanol Tablets treatment, observed before and after treatment of symptoms to improve the situation. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 63.3%. There were significant differences between the 2 groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Back - Shu acupuncture - cupping therapy combined with Chinese medicine treatment can effectively relieve the insomnia symptoms of perimenopansal period, and the curative effect is exact.
