巴曲酶联合甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗高频下降型突发性耳聋的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析巴曲酶联合甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗高频下降型突发性耳聋的临床效果。方法:80例高频下降型突发性耳聋患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组40例患者。实验组患者给予长春西汀+甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠+巴曲酶注射液治疗,对照组患者给予长春西汀+甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗;用药2周后,观察两组患者的治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果:实验组总有效率为87.5%(35/40),明显高于对照组(60.0%,24/40,P<0.05);两组患者头晕、腹泻、颜面潮红等不良反应发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:巴曲酶联合甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗高频下降型突发性耳聋可提高治疗效果,且不增加不良反应。Objective： To analyze the clinical effects for treating high frequency descending sudden deafness with batroxobin combine methylprednisolone sodium succinate. Methods： 80 cases of high frequency descending sudden deafness patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 40 patients in each group. The patients in experimental group were treated with vinpocetine＋methylprednisolone sodium succinate＋ batroxobin, the patients in control group were treated with vinpocetine＋methylprednisolone sodium succinate. The curative effects and incidence of adverse reactions of patients in 2 groups were observed after 2 weeks＇ treatment. Results： The total effective rate of experimental group was 87.5%（35/40）, which was obviously higher than control group（60.0%, 24/40, P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups, such as dizziness, diarrhoea and facial blushing（P〉0.05）. Conclusions： Treating high frequency descending sudden deafness with batroxobin combine methylprednisolone sodium succinate can improve the therapeutic effect, and without increasing adverse reactions.
