摘　　要：基于间接竞争免疫分析和全内反射原理,利用研发的便携式倏逝波光纤免疫传感实现水样中双酚A(BPA)的快速、灵敏、定量检测.优化了检测条件,结果表明在抗体浓度为1μg·m L^(-1)、预反应时间为6 min、光纤反应时间为450 s时既能得到有效的信号值又能节约时间.选择性实验结果表明其他污染物对传感器不产生干扰,该传感器具有良好的特异性.再生性实验显示,200次检测周期后传感器仍然保持良好的再生性能.评估了磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)、自来水和圆明园水的基质效应,建立了不同水样双酚A的标准曲线,对应的检测限分别为0.032、0.033、0.039μg·L^(-1);相对标准偏差在3%以内,表明该传感器具有很好的稳定性和精确度,能用于实际水样中双酚A的快速检测.Based on indirect competitive immunoassay and total internal reflection principle,an evanescent wave immunosensor was developed for the rapid,sensitive and quantitative detection of bisphenol A（BPA）in water samples.Sufficient signal values were obtained under the optimal conditions（1μg·m L-1antibody concentration,pre-reaction time of 6 min and immuno-reaction time of 450 s）,which could also shorten the detection period.The results of selective experiment showed that the sensor has good specificity where other pollutants had no interference for detection.The regeneration experiment showed that the biosensor maintained good performance after more than 200cycles.Matrix effects in PBS,tap water,and Summer Palace water were evaluated.The standard calibration curves of BPA were established in three spiked samples,and the LODs of 0.032,0.033and 0.039μg·L-1,respectively,were obtained,and the relative standard deviations were less than3%.These results indicated that the developed biosensor had good stability and accuracy,and could be applied to detect BPA in real samples.
