摘　　要：《共产党宣言》科学归纳了资本主义文化形成的历史进程,对世界历史境遇下的文化发展趋势作了详尽的阐发。透过"世界文学",马克思和恩格斯揭示了文化发展的具体进路,呈现了文化随生产力、生产关系、全球化而发展的基本逻辑,提供了文化建设与文化治理的世界观和方法论。以马克思和恩格斯的"世界文学"思想考察当今诸多的文化现象与有关文化发展的思想观点,可以获得多方面的思想洞见。文化具有经济性,也具有政治性;具有民族性,也具有融合性;文化发展具有被动性,也具有主动性。文化保守主义、文化封闭主义、"普世价值说"与文化发展的基本逻辑相背离。创新、交流、自主应成为文化建设与文化治理坚持的基本原则。The Communist Manifesto scientifically sums up the historical course of the formation of capitalist culture,and makes a detailed analysis of the cultural development trend under the circumstances of world history. Right through the＂world literature＂Marx and Engels revealed the specific routes for cultural development,presented the fundamental logic that culture develops with productivity,relations of production and globalization,and provided us with a scientific world outlook and methodology of culture construction and governance. With Marx and Engels＇ ＂world literature＂thought to examine many of today＇s cultural phenomena and ideological views of the cultural development,a lot of insight can be drawn. Culture can be both economical and political,both national and integrative. Cultural development can be both passive and active. Therefore,all these arguments or practices related to cultural conservatism,cultural closedness and universal value theory go against the fundamental logic of cultural development. Innovation,communication and autonomy should be the principles we have to abide by in the culture construction and governance.
