摘  要:确定茶树油制剂的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),为茶树油制剂作为饲料添加剂提供重要的参考依据,使茶树油有望被开发成为一种可缓解全球"抗菌药物危机"的天然抗菌剂。本试验以茶树油作为抑菌剂,以金黄色葡萄球菌和沙门氏菌分别作为革兰氏阳性菌和革兰氏阴性菌的代表,进行体外抑菌试验,测定混合抑制培养后的光密度值(OD600nm)并对其进行分析。研究发现茶树油制剂对金黄色葡萄球菌和沙门氏菌均具有显著的抑菌效果(P<0.05),且对二者的抑菌效果一致,在二者浓度为106cfu/ml时的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)相同,均是0.1×2-1×2%,茶树油制剂对革兰氏阳性菌和革兰氏阴性菌都具有显著的抑菌效果(P<0.05)。Determine the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of tea tree oil preparation, for tea tree oil preparation as feed addi- tive to provide important reference basis, make tea tree oil has the potential to develop a natural antibacterial drug can alleviate the global an- tiseptic drug crisis. This experiment by tea tree oil as a bacteriostatie agent, to staphylococcus aureus and salmonella as gram - positive bacte- ria and gram - negative bacteria, respectively, in vitro bacteriostasis experiment, after determination of mixed inhibition of cultivation, the optical density value (OD600nm) was determined and analyzed. The result showed that tea tree oil preparations have significant baeteriostatic effect ( P 〈 0.05 ) to staphylococcus aureus and salmonella, and the antibacterial effect of the two were consistent, the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of the two was the same at the concentrations of 10^6 cfu/ml, all was 0. 1 × 2 - 1 × 2%, tea tree oil preparation has sig- nificant inhibitory effect on Gram positive bacteria and gram negative bacteria ( P 〈 0. 05 ) .
