精准脱贫视域下昭通驻村扶贫工作队扶贫效用研究

摘　　要：当前,驻村扶贫工作队已成为贫困地区精准扶贫工作的主力军和打赢脱贫攻坚战的重要保障。通过2年的精准扶贫驻村工作队的基层实践,认真思考研究精准脱贫视域下驻村扶贫工作队的工作原则、职能职责的发挥、角色定位以及实际工作现状等诸多方面仍存在许多问题。回顾"工作队"的历史沿革,精准其角色定位,进一步厘清其职能、职责和工作原则,切实加强管理,对于推动其职能和角色转变,更好地落实当前的精准扶贫工作具有重要的现实意义。At present, poverty alleviation task forces stationed in villages play an important role in targeted poverty alleviation work in poverty-stricken areas and are the crucial guarantee to reach the goal of poverty alleviation on schedule. In practice, there are still many problems in the actual poverty alleviation work such as their working principles, the exertion of the functions and responsibilities in their work, the orientation of their roles and their actual work status practical working status, and so on. It is of great practical significance to retrospect the historical evolution of the ＂task force＂ , orientate their roles precisely and stipulate their functions, responsibilities and working principles, synchronously strengthening the management to them effectively, so as to improve the transformations of their roles and their functions, and further materialize the current targeted poverty alleviation work.
