我国装备制造业技术创新能力评价研究

摘　　要：装备制造业是制造业的主体,其技术创新能力的发展成为国家关注的焦点。以往的研究都以某些发达省份或发达地区的装备制造企业为研究对象,对我国装备制造业整体的研究比较少。本文将从技术创新资源投入能力、技术创新支撑能力、技术创新研发能力和技术创新产出能力4个维度出发,构造技术创新能力的评价指标体系,选取2011～2015年我国装备制造业技术创新能力指标的数据,应用因子分析法进行评价分析。通过对我国装备制造业技术创新能力的评价,提出合理有效的提升对策。Equipment manufacturing industry is the main part of manufacturing industry, and the development of its technological innovation capability has become the focus of attention of the state. Previous researches have been carried out on equipment manufacturing enterprises in some developed provinces or developed areas, and the research on the whole of equipment manufacturing industry in our country is relatively few. This paper from 4 dimensions of the technical innovation resources and technological innovation capacity, the supporting capacity of technological innovation, research and development ability and the ability of technique innovation, construction technology innovation ability evaluation index system,selects 2011 ~2015 China＇s equipment manufacturing industry technological innovation ability index data,using factor analysis method to evaluate. Through the evaluation of technological innovation capability of equipment manufacturing industry in our country, the reasonable and effective promotion measures are put forward.
