摘　　要：胶水涂布量是干式复合工艺中非常重要的控制点，本文重点介绍了如何正确设计涂布量，以确保企业生产出合格的产品，并分析了涂布量对复合外观质量、复合强度、熟化、溶剂残留的影响，以及如何找到最佳的涂布量。The amount of glue coating is a very important control point in the dry compositing process.This article focuses on how to design the coating amount properly so as to ensure that the enterprise can produce the qualified products. This paper also analyse the effect of the coating amount on the composite appearance quality, composite strength,ripening,solvent residue, and how to find the best amount of coating.
