摘  要:目的考察超微粉碎对山楂消脂胶囊中大黄酸含量及溶出度的影响。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对山楂消脂胶囊中主要活性成分在不同溶出介质中相对累积溶出率进行定量研究。色谱条件:色谱柱为Uranus C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(85∶15,V/V),流速为1 mL·min^(-1),检测波长为254 nm,进样量为20μL。结果山楂消脂胶囊超微粉中大黄酸在水中的溶出度和溶出率均大于细粉。结论微粉化有利于山楂消脂胶囊中药物有效成分的溶出。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of ultra-micro pulverization on the rhein content and dissolution of Shanzhaxiaozhi Capsule. METHODS The relative cumulative dissolution rates of powders of Shanzhaxiaozhi Capsule in different dissolution mediums were quantitatively studied by HPLC using Uranus C18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase was methanol-water-0.1% phosphoric acid(85:15,V/V),the wavelength of detection was set at 254 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1,and the volume of injection was 20 μL. RESULTS Both dissolution and dissolution rate of rhein ultrafine powder were higher than its fine powder in the water. CONCLUSION Micronization contributes to the dissolution of effective components of Shanzhaxiaozhi Capsule.
