萆薢分清丸联合盐酸安妥沙星片治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨萆薢分清丸联合盐酸安妥沙星片治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法将150例ⅢA型前列腺炎患者随机分为A组、B组及C组各50例,A组单独给予萆薢分清丸每次6 g,1天2次;B组单独给予盐酸安妥沙星片,首日剂量0.4 g,以后每日0.2 g,1天1次,C组给予口服萆薢分清丸每次6 g,1天2次,盐酸安妥沙星片首日剂量0.4 g,以后每日0.2 g,1天1次,3组均在治疗4周后评估疗效。结果 A组、B组及C组总的治疗有效率分别为76.00%、78.00%和94.00%,C组与A组或B组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后3组慢性前列腺炎症状评分较治疗前显著减少,但C组较A、B两组减少更加明显,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后3组前列腺液中的白细胞数量均较治疗前明显减少,C组较A、B两组减少更加明显,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论萆薢分清丸联合盐酸安妥沙星片治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。OBJECTIVE To observe the efficacy of Bixiefenqing pills combined with antofloxacin hydrochloride tablets on treatmentof ⅢA prostatitis. METHODS 150 patients with ⅢA prostatitis were randomly divided into three groups,with each group 50 cases. The patients in group A was po administered with only Bixiefenqing pills,6 g per time,twice daily. Group B was po administered with only 0.2 g antofloxacin hydrochloride tablet per day（the first dose double）. Group C were po administered with Bixiefenqing pills,6 g per time,twice daily,combined with 0. 2 g antofloxacin hydrochloride tablet per day（the first dose double）. All the patients in three groups were treated for four weeks,and the efficacy of treatment was evaluated. RESULTS The total effective rate after treatment in group C was 94. 00%,which was significant higher than group A（76. 00%） or group B（78. 00%）（P〈0.05,respectively）. NIP-CPSI in all three groups were improved with a significant improvement in group C than those of patients in group A or B（P〈0.05,respectively）. After treatment,EPS white blood cells in three groups were significantly reduced,which was obviously lower in group Cthan those in group A or B（P〈0.05,respectively）. CONCLUSION A good clinical effect on the treatment of ⅢA prostatitis is achieved by Bixiefenqing pills combined with antofloxacin hydrochloride tablets,which is worth clinical promotion.
