摘 要:目的应用复杂网络分析方法,挖掘临床治疗儿童手足口病的用药规律。方法回顾性分析某院2015~2016年住院治疗手足口病患儿的临床数据资料。以Gephi 0.8.2构建复杂网络,采用MATLAB R2014a进行主题模型挖掘及复杂网络分析。结果共挖掘出3个典型主题(主题概率值分别为0.511 3,0.242 3,0.206 1),分别以呼吸系统受累、循环系统受累、神经系统受累为主要特征。采用派系过滤算法挖掘出各典型主题的核心药物。结论复杂网络分析方法可以从临床数据中挖掘出有临床意义的用药规律。OBJECTIVE To excavated the medication rules of clinical treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease in children based on complex network analysis. METHODS Clinical data of hospitalized pediatric patients with hand-foot-mouth disease in a hospital during 2015 to 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. We used Gephi 0.8.2 to build the complex network. The excavation of theme model and complex network analysis were performed on MATLAB R2014 a. RESULTS A total of 3 typical topics were excavated(topic probability values were 0.511 3,0.242 3,0. 206 1) and the main features were respectively respiratory system involvement,circulatory system involvement and nervous system involvement. Core drugs of each typical topic were excavated through clique percolation method.CONCLUSION Complex network analysis can be used to excavate medication rules of clinical significance from clinical data.
