摘 要:随着高速铁路和油气管道的快速发展,越来越多的铁路与管线交叉并行,高铁的运行电流对管线阴极保护系统干扰也日益严重。通过对已建管线与铁路交叉穿越段直流和交流电压分别测试,发现该管线处于正常的阴保范围内,受直流杂散电流影响较小,但交流电压以及交流密度均超过规定范围,属于强级别等级,针对该问题通过固态去耦合器+缓解线的排流保护措施解决该管段的腐蚀隐患。With the rapid development of high-speed railway(HSR) and oil-gas pipeline, more and more railways cross or parallel with pipelines, the interference of high-speed rail current with the pipeline cathodic protection system is becoming serious. DC-and AC-voltage were measured on the pipeline which is crossed with railway. It is found that when a pipeline is under cathodic protection with parameters within the designed range, such pipeline is less affected by DC, but AC voltage and AC density are out-of-range, which is belong to the strong level. To avoid possible corrosion due to the interference of HSR current, countermeasures such as solid coupler and remission line were proposed as discharge protection means.
