摘　　要：美国基建对中国和全球经济的发展将起到直接的推动作用,其政治、外交和经济等方面的溢出效应很大,对中国企业走向世界的推动力更强。作为一个重要的全球性资本来源国和美国第二大贸易伙伴,中国处于有利地位,中国投资者可以通过参与美国基础设施建设拓展多元化业务,利用其人工成本优势、规模效益和丰富的基础设施经验进入美国市场。同时,中美基建合作将促进合作两国走向深层次经济融合,也将使中美双边投资协定谈判朝着达成BIT协议的方向发展。The US infrastructure construction will play a direct role in promoting the economic development of China and the rest of the world. Its spillover effects in politics, diplomacy and economy are great. It will also give impetus to Chinese enterprises in going global. As an important source of global capital and the second largest trading partner of the US, China is in a good position to allow Chinese investors to expand their diversified businesses through participation in US infrastructure construction, and capitalize on their labor cost advantages, economy of scale and rich experience in infrastructure construction in order to enter the US market. At the same time, the Sino-US infrastructure cooperation will promote deeper economic integration between the two countries and also enable their negotiation of bilateral investment agreements to move towards the reaching of a BIT agreement.
