摘  要:选用了16个含已知稻瘟病菌无毒基因单孢菌株对湖南栽培的50个水稻品种进行苗期离体接种鉴定,基于其抗感表型,分析了16个菌株对水稻品种的毒力频率,并依据"基因对基因"理论,对水稻品种进行了抗瘟基因型推定。结果表明,16个菌株对50个供试水稻品种的毒力频率(FV)介于31.25%~93.75%之间。其中,健优8号抗性相对较强,抗谱稍广,推荐在湖南省水稻生产作业中合理使用。通过DPS软件进行聚类分析,在0.75相似系数水平,50个供试的水稻品种被划成24类。其中,出现频率最高的抗性基因为Pi-20。We chose 16 Magnaporthe oryzae isolates with known virulent genes of rice blast to identify the resistance of Hunan 50 rice varieties in vitro. Virulence frequency(FV) of those 16 isolates on rice varieties were analyzed based on resistance phenotype, and resistance gene of rice varieties was presumed according to "gene for gene" theory. The results showed that range of FVon 50 rice varieties was from 31.25% to 93.75%. Among 50 varieties, Jianyou 8 with stronger resistance and broader resistance spectrum was recommended to be planted in Hunan province. Through clustering analysis by DPS software, 50 rice varieties were divided into 24 types at 75% similarity coefficient, and the most frequent resistance gene was Pi-20.
