摘　　要：首先,阐述研究建筑产业现代化发展路径的现实意义。其次,从标准化设计、工厂化生产、装配式施工等方面具体分析建筑产业现代化的发展路径。最后,结合辽宁省自身发展现状,从市场供求、标准体系等方面提出促进建筑产业现代化发展的建议。First,this paper expounds the realistic significance of development paths of construction industry modernization. Then,analyzes the development paths of construction industry modernization from aspects of standardized design,industrialized production,fabricated construction,etc. Finally,combining with the development status of construction industry modernization in Liaoning,puts forward some suggestions to promote the modernization of construction industry from aspects of market supply and demand,standard system and so on.
