CAS理论视角下建筑业农民工产业工人化分析

摘　　要：随着建筑工业化的深入推进,建筑业农民工产业工人化势在必行。基于CAS理论视角,分析建筑业农民工产业工人化演化过程的复杂性和涌现性,并对建筑业农民工产业工人化与CAS理论兼容性的七个指标进行诠释,在此基础上,运用CAS理论对建筑业农民工产业工人化主体建模提出分析框架。With the deepening of construction industrialization,it is imperative for the industrialization of construction industry migrant workers. From the perspective of the complex adaptive system,this paper analyzes the complexity and emergence of the industrializion evolution process of construction industry migrant workers,and interprets seven indicators of the compatibility between industrialization of migrant workers and CAS theory in construction industry. On this basis,uses CAS theory to propose a analytical framework to the main body modeling for the industrializion of construction industry migrant workers.
