摘　　要：介绍了一种基于设备流量需求来控制冷水机组的智能节能控制系统。它以整个系统运行效率最高（运行能耗最低）为控制目标,以实时制冷流量为控制依据,根据既定控制策略对冷水机组进行协调控制。This paper introduces a kind of intelligent energy saving control system. It takes the highest efficiency of the whole system（ minimum operation energy consumption） as the control objective,and takes the real-time refrigeration flow as the control basis,and coordinates the control of the chiller according to the established control strategy.
