摘　　要：以某热电厂开发项目为例,介绍了煤矿建设热电厂前大气环境影响评价的方法,包括大气环境质量的现状监测与评价、大气环境影响预测和评价及相应的环保措施建议,并指出了煤矿建设热电厂时需要重点做好每时质量浓度及日均质量浓度的预测等几项工作,以及时预防该地区可能发生的环境污染情况。Taking the development projects of a thermal power plant as the example, this paper introduces the evaluationmethod of atmospheric environment impact before the construction of coal power plant, including monitoring and evaluation ofatmospheric environmental quality, prediction and evaluation of atmospheric environmental impact, and some corresponding sug-gestions and environmental protection measures. Finally, it points out several work that need to be done in the construction ofthermal power plant in coal mine, so as to prevent possible environmental pollution.
