摘　　要：目的:了解目前我国农村地区开展高血压防控工作过程中存在的问题并提出对策。方法:采用文献复习法,查阅国内有关农村地区高血压防控工作的文献,进行归纳总结为本研究提供理论基础与依据。结果:我国农村地区高血压防控工作中,患者、基层医疗机构及医务人员、政府方面均存在问题。结论:通过开展针对性健康教育;成立高血压患者自我管理小组;建立完善的人才准入机制及人才培养模式;补充细化高血压防治政策,明确村医职责;增加卫生资源投入;完善监管制度等措施,积极做好农村地区高血压防控工作。ObjectiveTo know about the problems existing in the process of prevention and control of hypertension in rural areas of China, and to put forward countermeasures. Methods Literature review was used to collect the literature about prevention and control of hypertension in rural areas in China, and the results were summarized to provide theoretical basis for the study. Results There were problems with patients, primary medical institutions, medical personnel and government in the process of hypertension prevention and control in rural areas in China. Conclusions It is suggested to carry out targeted health education,organize hypertension self--management team, establish perfect training mode and personnel access mechanism, refine hypertension prevention policy, make clear the village doctors＇ responsibilities, increase the amount of health resources, improve the regulatory system to actively carry out the prevention and control of hypertension in rural areas.
