摘 要:[目的]微量元素B和Zn是植物生长发育的必需元素。严重缺乏这2种元素,会导致桉树生长受到抑制,出现生理性病害等。通过施用B和Zn育苗试验,为桉树生产提供参考依据。[方法]B、Zn各设5个处理:0(缺乏该元素,作为CK)、0.5(低量,完全营养液中该元素浓度的50%)、1.0(完全营养液)、2.0(过量,完全营养液中该元素浓度的2倍)、4.0(过量,完全营养液中该元素浓度的4倍),分别进行尾巨桉DH32-29育苗试验。测定试验60 d后尾巨桉DH32-29的苗高、地径和生物量。[结果]施用微量元素B或Zn都能促进桉树苗木的生长,其中2.0 B处理可提高苗高生长量45.7%,地径增加42.4%,单株生物量增加45.2%;2.0 Zn处理可提高苗高生长量39.4%,地径增加40.0%,单株生物量增加41.6%。[结论]以2倍完全溶液中的B、Zn对尾巨桉DH32-29的生长促进效果最佳。[Objective]Trace elements such as B and Zn are the necessities of plant growing. Seriously lacking of B and Zn could lead to inhibition of eucalyptus growth and physiologically diseases. The study was performed as guidance of eucalyptus planted by applying B and Zn on seedings growth. [Method]Each element of B and Zn was treated with 0( lack of the elements,as CK),0. 5( low volume,the concentration of complete nutrient solution in 50%),1. 0( complete nutrient solution),2. 0( in excess,the element concentration in the nutrient solution2 times) and 4. 0( excessive and the element concentration in nutrient solution 4 times) 5 treatments respectively,seedling raising test of Eucalyptus urophylla × Eucalyptus grandis DH32-29 was conducted. The seedling height,ground diameter and biomass for 60 days were determined. [Result]B and Zn amendments could increase eucalyptus growth,with which 2. 0 B treatment could increase plant height,ground diameter and individual plant biomass by 45. 7%,42. 4% and 45. 2% respectively and 2. 0 Zn treatment could increase plant height,ground diameter and individual plant biomass by 39. 4%,40. 0% and 41. 6%,respectively. [Conclusion]E. urophylla × E. grandis strain DH32-29 seedings growth benefited most of 2. 0 B and Zn treatments.
