摘　　要：随着网络技术的广泛应用,企业全球化发展进程的不断加快,更加激烈的市场竞争,以及内外环境的压力不断深入等,让企业不得不加速对ERP统的改进,以提高其核心竞争力,更好地满足企业的发展需求,因此需要构建云计算下电子商务ERP系统.云计算是近年来开始兴起的计算模式,基于云计算的ERP系统能更好地解决以往ERP系统扩展效果差与应对能力不足等多方面的不足,为企业的资源管理提供全面的服务.With the widespread use of network technologies,the process of globalization has gradually accelerated,Enterprises are facing more intense market competition and the pressure of internal and external environment. Enterprises have to improve the ERP system in order to improve their core competitiveness,and better meet the needs of enterprise development. Building ERP system of e-commerce under cloud computing is a crucial step of it. Cloud computing is a kind of new computing mode of rising in recent years. The ERP system based on cloud computing can solve the shortcomings of the poor expansion and poor coping ability of the previous ERP system better,and provide comprehensive services for enterprise resource management.
