孕康口服液治疗更年期综合征的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨孕康口服液治疗更年期综合征的效果,为更年期综合征的中医治疗提供理论依据。方法选取2013年2月-2017年4月在攀枝花市中心医院妇科接受诊治的更年期综合征患者235例为研究对象,随机分为对照组(117例)和研究组(118例)。对照组患者给予常规口服谷维素治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上加服孕康口服液治疗。治疗8周为观察期,采用更年期生存质量量表(MENQOL)比较两组患者治疗前后生存质量的差异,同时分析两组患者的治疗有效率及恶心、乳房胀痛、阴道出血、头痛等不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者治疗后的MENQOL评分明显著低于治疗前,且研究组明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论更年期综合征患者服用孕康口服液治疗,能够显著提高患者的生存质量和治疗有效率,有效减少不良反应的发生率,具有安全、可靠、经济的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the effect of Yunkang oral solution in treatment of menopausal syndrome,provide a theoretical basis for Chinese traditional treatment of menopausal syndrome. Methods A total of 235 women with menopausal syndrome treated in Department of Gynecology in Panzhihua Central Hospital from February 2013 to April 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group（ 117 cases） and study group（ 118 cases）. The cases in control group were treated with conventional oral administration of oryzanol,and the cases in study group were treated with conventional oral administration of oryzanol and Yunkang oral solution. The cases in the two groups were treated for 8 weeks. Menopausal quality of life scale（ MENQOL） was used to compare life quality before and after treatment. The effective rates and incidence rates of nausea,breast distending pain,vaginal bleeding,and headache in the two groups were analyzed.Results MENQOL scores after treatment in the two groups were statistically significantly lower than those before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,MENQOL scores after treatment in study group were statistically significantly lower than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the total effective rate in study group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence rates of adverse reactions in study group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Yunkang oral solution can significantly improve life quality and effective rate,effectively reduce the incidence rates of adverse reactions of patients with menopausal syndrome,which has high clinical application value with the advantages of safety,reliability,and cheapness.
