摘  要:第二课堂成绩单制度的建立是高校素质教育的崭新实践,是高校人才培养目标和社会经济发展的必然要求,从制度和机制上提升人才培养质量,提高高校共青团工作的制度化、规范化和科学化水平.文章从第二课堂成绩单的概念、主要内容、功效、技术载体以及实施路径等方面着手,探索高校创新人才培养的新模式,进一步论证第二课堂对于高校实践育人工作的重要价值和地位.The establishment of the transcript system in the second class is a brand-new practice of the quality education in colleges and universities,which is an inevitable requirement of the goal of personnel training and socio-economic development in colleges and universities.From the system and mechanism,it enhances the quality of personnel training and improves the level of the institutionalization of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities.The author starts from the concept,main content,function,technical basis and implementation path of the transcript of the second class to explore a new mode of cultivating creative talents in colleges and universities,and further demonstrates the important value and position of the second class in the practice of educating people in colleges and universities.
