摘 要:首先介绍了杆式多自由度超声电机及其工作原理,在此基础上,为提高该种电机其整机动力学输出性能,根据电机振子设计要求,用有限元方法建立了其结构动力学模型并确定了振子结构形式以及压电陶瓷片在杆式超声电机振子中的最佳安放位置;其次基于螺栓联接非线性系统,考虑摩擦、接触等非线性因素对杆式超声电机精确有限元建模。据此设计、制造了杆式超声电机原理样机,实验验证表明很好地满足了电机频率一致性设计。the operational principle of the Rod-type Ultrasonic Motor with MDOF is firstly presented. Based on the design requirement of the motor vibrator,the establishment of its structure dynamic model and the determination of its structure,optimal placement of piezoelectric ceramic plates in the vibrator of the Rod-type ultrasonic motor are accomplished so as to improve its dynamic output performance. Secondly,considering nonlinear factors such as friction and contact,the precise finite element model of the Rod-type ultrasonic motor is established based on the bolted-joint nonlinear system.The principle prototype of the Rod-type Ultrasonic Motor is designed and manufactured,and experimental verification shows that the frequency consistency of the motor is well satisfied.
