摘　　要：采用高固含量乙烯-醋酸乙烯(EVA)共聚乳液制备了一种低温快干型卷烟搭口胶,其配方组成(质量份)为,EVA乳液93%~95%、PVA(聚乙烯醇)乳液2%~4%、辅助剂2%~3%;应用于7000~11000支/min的高速卷烟机上,结果表明,开机烙铁工作温度从原来的240℃降至160℃,卷烟设备供胶稳定、涂胶均匀,干燥速率较快,粘接牢固,烟支搭口光滑。A cigarette lap adhesive was prepared with the high-solid content ethylene-vinyl acetate-( EVA) copolymer emulsion. The adhesive composition by mass is as follows:EVA emulsion 93~95 %,PVA solution 2~4 %,and adjuvant additive 2~3 %.The adhesive was applied on the cigarette rolling machine running with 7000 ~11000 pcs/min. The results show that when the soldering iron of the machine is working at 160 ℃( previously it was 240 ℃),the adhesive spraying of tobacco equipment is stable, the adhesive layer is uniform,the bonding is firm,and the cigarette mouth lap is smooth.
