2012年-2016年铁岭市公共场所集中空调冷却水、冷凝水嗜肺军团菌检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的 2012年-2016年对铁岭市有中央空调装置的宾馆、商场(超市)和洗浴中心集中空调系统冷却水和冷凝水军团菌污染情况进行检测。方法按照卫生部《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》WS 394—2012附录B集中空调系统冷凝水、冷却水中嗜肺军团菌检验方法的要求进行军团菌的检测。结果 2012年-2016年冷却水、冷凝水的合格率均呈现下降趋势;嗜肺军团菌以LP1型为主,占50.0%。不同类型公共场所冷却水检测结果显示,三类场所军团菌阳性率差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.38,P>0.05)。经酸处理的样本分离培养军团菌检出率最高。结论近年来铁岭市公共场所集中空调污染情况逐年增高,相关部门应加强集中空调的监管力度。拥有集中空调的公共场所要做好定期清洗和消毒工作,以降低人群军团菌的感染风险,预防军团病的暴发流行。Objective To investigate the contamination of Legionella pneumophila in centralized air-conditioning cooling water and condensate water in about 26 public places,including hotels,shopping malls,supermarkets and bath centers in Tieling during 2012-2016. Methods Legionella pneumophila detection in centralized air-conditioning cooling water and condensate water was performed according to the detection method from appendix B of Hygienic Practices for Air Conditioning Ventilation Systems in Public Places WS 394—2012. Results The qualified rate of cooling water and condensate water showed a declining trend during 2012-2016. Legionella was dominated by LP1 type,accounting for 50. 0%. The test results of cooling water in different types of public places showed that there was no significant difference in the positive rate of Legionella among the three sites（ χ2= 2. 38,P 〉 0. 05）. Legionella isolated by acid-treated samples showed the highest detection rate. Conclusion In recent years,the pollution of central air conditioning in public places of Tieling has increased year by year and relevant departments should strengthen the supervison of central air conditioning. The public places with centralized air-conditioning should be regularly cleaned and disinfected to reduce the risk of infection of the population and prevent the outbreak of Legionella disease.
