馥感啉口服液治疗儿童胃肠型感冒临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察馥感啉口服液治疗儿童胃肠型感冒的临床疗效。方法 :将112例胃肠型感冒患儿按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各56例,对照组采用西医常规治疗,观察组采用馥感啉口服液治疗,3 d为一个疗程,治疗1~2个疗程。观察两组患儿治疗前后症状变化及不良反应情况,比较两组症状积分,并评价临床疗效及安全性。结果 :治疗后两组症状积分均较治疗前下降,治疗后观察组症状积分低于对照组,观察组疗效优于对照组(92.86%vs 69.64%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访中,观察组未出现明显药物不良反应,对照组患儿出现便秘、皮疹各1例,停药后症状消失。结论 :馥感啉口服液扶正祛邪、标本兼顾,治疗儿童胃肠型感冒疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Fuganlin oral liquid in the treatment of children’s gastrointestinal cold. Methods： Total 112 children patients with gastrointestinal cold were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 56 cases each. The control group was given routine treatment of western medicine while the observation group with Fuganlin oral liquid. A course of treatment was 3 day and both groups were treated for 1 to 2 courses. The changes of symptoms and adverse reactions in both groups were observed before and after treatment to compare symptom scores and to evaluate clinical efcacy and safety. Result： Symptom scores of both groups were decreased after treatment than before （P〈0.05）, and the symptom scores were lower in the observation group than in the control group after treatment （P〈0.05）. The total clinical efective rate was better in the observation group than in the control group （92.86% vs 69.64%） （P〈0.05）. Adverse drug reactions were not found in the observation group but 1 case of constipation and 1 case of erythra in the control group during follow-up, which disappeared after withdrawal. Conclusion： Fuganlin oral liquid can strengthen the body resistance and eliminate pathogenic factors, and give consideration to both external symptoms and causative reasons. It is efective in the treatment of children’s gastrointestinal cold.
