摘 要:为进一步提高单向走丝线切割的加工质量,根据单向走丝线切割的特点,对比分析了在大气、水雾和去离子水三种介质中第三次切割Cr12Mo V模具钢时的切割速度、表面粗糙度、表面微观形貌,确定了水雾加工介质。采用单因素实验的方法分析水雾中精加工时峰值电流、脉冲宽度、水雾量等对切割速度和表面粗糙度的影响。实验结果表明:水雾中加工时表面粗糙度优于去离子水,水雾中的切割速度比气中稍高,获得了在水雾介质中精加工时各工艺参数对其切割速度和表面粗糙度的影响规律。该研究为后续水雾介质的进一步研究提供了参考的依据。This paper presents an attempt to further improve the surface quality of LS-WEDM. The targeted research building on the characteristics of LS-WEDM involves comparing and analyzing the cutting speed,surface roughness,and surface micro morphology when the third cutting is given to mould steel Cr12 Mo V in three types of media,such as atmosphere,water mist,and in deionized water; determining the water mist processing medium; and thereby identifying the effects of peak current,pulse width,water quantity and other factors on the cutting speed and surface roughness using the experimental method of single factor in the case of fine processing in water mist. The results show that processing could provide the better surface roughness in water mist than in deionized water,with a slightly higher cutting speed in water mist than in atmosphere; and thus the underlying law is identified behind the effects of process parameters on the cutting speed and surface roughness,as occurs in fine processing in water mist medium. The study may provide a reference for further study of water mist medium.
