摘 要:《生物工程概论》是高等林业院校制浆造纸工程专业学生学习生物技术的一门重要课程。针对本专业学生生物相关专业知识薄弱、教学过程缺乏互动、考核手段单一等问题,本文以生物技术与制浆造纸及生物质炼制密切相关的研究领域作为切入点,以案例和类比教学法精选教学内容,采用"雨课堂"实现师生课前、课中、课后的全程互动和教学数据采集,培养学生的自主性和能动性,切实增强制浆造纸工程专业学生的生物工程知识水平,为制浆造纸企业转型及林木生物质资源的生物转化利用提供专业人才基础。Introduction to Bioengineering is an important course for the students from pulp and papermaking in forestry colleges and universities to understand biotechnology. However, the biological knowledge of the students is relatively weak. Other issues like lack of interaction in the teaching process and single assessment means are also existed. Herein, we use the closely related research field between biotechnology and pulp and papermaking or biorefinery as the breakthrough point, choose appropriate teaching content by case and analogy teaching method, and apply the "Rain classroom" platform to improve the interaction between the teachers and students in the whole teaching and non-teaching process and achieve the collection of the teaching data. This proposal can improve the autonomy and initiative of the students and effectively enhance their biological engineering knowledge level, which is critical for providing employees with professional basis for pulp and paper enterprises restructuring and biotransformation of forest biomass resources to useful products.
