摘　　要：本文选取丰镇市有特点的月饼品种,对其进行理化性质分析,了解其主要成分及其含量,有助于更加客观地分析丰镇月饼的产品性质,让更多的人了解这种健康且味美的地方美食。In this paper, tthe varieties of the moon cakes with characteristics in Fengzhen were selected, the characteristics of their physical and chemical properties was analyzed, to understand its main and its content, contribute to a more objective analysis Fengzhen moon cake product nature, so that more people understand this healthy and delicious local cuisine.
