摘　　要：矿用胶带运输机是一种摩擦驱动以连续方式运输矿石的机械。矿用胶带运输机主要由钢架、钢芯皮带、托辊滚筒、液压拉紧装置、传动装置、下矿斗、安全装置等组成。主结构采用工字钢、槽钢、角铁等钢材组成,安装平面呈一定角度倾斜。钢架上装有皮带滚筒、托辊、皮带安全装置等,起到传动和保护皮带的作用。有减速机带动和电动滚筒驱动两种方式,本次主要以减速机带动为主。Mine belt conveyor is a kind of friction driven machinery to transport ore in a continuous way. The mine belt conveyor is mainly composed of steel frame, steel core belt, roller roller, hydraulic tension device, transmission device, mine bucket, safety device and so on. The main structure of the I-beam, channel steel, angle steel, installation plane is of a certain inclination. The steel frame is equipped with belt drum, roller, belt safety device and so on. It plays the role of driving and protecting the belt. There are two ways to drive the reducer and drive the electric roller. This is the main drive of the speed reducer.
