工匠精神融入高校思想政治教育的实践探究

摘　　要：工匠精神是一种敬业精业、追求技艺至善的理想精神追求。它是促进个人自我实现、推动新时期国家产业转型升级、实现民族复兴的精神支撑。工匠精神融入高校思想政治教育是时代的诉求。通过把工匠精神融入思想政治教育,弘扬校园文化,凝聚多方合力,充分发挥思想政治教育育人的实效性,有力推进工匠精神的培育与弘扬。The craftsman spirit means such spirits as respecting one＇s job,endeavor to do the best,pursuit for perfection,and so on. We hold that the craftsman spirits can sustain not only the comprehensive national revival and self-actualization,but also push industrial transformation and upgrading under new normal conditions. The craftsman spirit should be integrated into ideological and political education in this era. From the way of integrated the craftsman spirit into ideological and political education,management learning atmosphere,inheriting the campus＇ cultural environment,coherence multifaceted strength,the ideological and political education will be exerted efficiency,and also the craftsman spirit will be cultivated and inherited.
