安徽省食品价格波动对城乡居民消费需求的影响机制及对策

摘　　要：食品价格波动是影响城乡居民消费需求的重要因素。分析安徽省食品价格波动和城乡居民消费需求发展趋势和特征,发现安徽省食品价格波动通过改变居民消费水平和消费结构、居民消费意愿和消费能力、居民食品消费支出和非食品消费支出等路径影响城乡居民消费需求变动。为提升安徽省城乡居民消费需求,可以从保持食品价格水平相对稳定、稳定居民消费预期,提高低收入群体收入挖掘居民消费潜力,完善社会保障体系增强居民消费信心,适度发展消费信贷提升居民消费能力等方面制定相关政策。Food price fluctuation is an important factor affecting the consumption demand of urban and rural residents. The paper analyzes the development trend and characteristics of food consumption fluctuation and consumption demand of urban and rural residents in Anhui province. It is found that Anhui food price fluctuation is affected by changing the consumption level and consumption structure of residents,residents willingness to consume and consumption ability,residents food consumption expenditure and non-food consumption expenditure changes in consumption demand of urban and rural residents. In order to improve the consumption demand of urban and rural residents in Anhui Province,we can keep the food price level relatively stable,stabilize the residents＇ consumption expectation,raise the income of low-income groups to tap the residents＇ consumption potential,improve the social security system,strengthen the residents＇ consumption confidence,develop the consumer credit and other aspects of the development of relevant policies.
