摘　　要：电火花加工是一种重要的特种制造技术,是工程训练教学中必不可少的环节。为了进一步加强学生对电火花加工的认知水平,在实习的过程中融入电火花工艺试验环节。不仅解决了做工艺试验要耗用很多时间和资源的问题,同时又可以使学生的动手能力和科学研究、探究知识的能力得到锻炼。对于培养学生的分析能力、试验技能和创新能力具有促进意义。EDM （electrical discharge machining） is an important special manufacturing technology and an indispensable link inengineering training teaching. In order to further strengthen the students＇ cognitive level of point spark machining,the electrical sparkprocess test was incorporated in the process of practice. It not only solves the problem of consuming a lot of time and resources todo the process test,but also makes the students develop their practical ability and the ability of scientific research and acquisitionof knowledge. It is of great significance to cultivate the students＇ analytical ability,experimental skills and innovation ability.
