司法警官院校普高学生和试点学员警察意识比较

摘　　要：司法警官院校学生警察意识培养具有重要意义。以刑事执行专业为例,利用自制问卷调查99名普高学生和107名试点学员的警察意识,结果显示,在角色/身份意识、敬业/奉献/服务意识、政治/大局意识上,普高学生和试点学员差异并不显著,但普高学生纪律意识明显强于试点学员。需要加强学生警察意识,尤其是试点学员纪律意识培养,具体可以从严格警务化管理、强化课堂渗透教学、加强监狱实践教学、创新学生党支部建设等方面入手。The training of police awareness of judicial executive officers in criminal police colleges is of great significance to help them smoothly convert their roles and become qualified prison police officers. The self-made questionnaires were used to survey the police awareness of 99 college students and 107 pilot students in the criminal enforcement profession. The results showed that in the role / awareness of identity, dedication / devotion / service awareness and political / overall awareness, students and pilot students However, Pupil＇s disciplinary awareness is obviously stronger than that of pilot students. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen students＇ police awareness, especially the cultivation of disciplinary awareness of pilot students, from strict policing management to strengthening classroom penetration teaching, strengthening prison practice teaching, and innovating construction of student party branch and so on.
