摘　　要：国内外多个数字图书馆共建共享项目在如火如荼地开展。论文针对集团采购、联合开发、资源交换、数字文献传递等数字资源共建共享的常规工作,具体分析其面临的版权风险,提出风险防范措施,以期对数字资源共建共享版权管理工作的开展有所裨益。Plenty of digital library programs at home and abroad are progressing vigorously.Aiming at the routine tasks of co-construction and sharing of digital resources, such as group purchasing, joint exploitation, resource exchange and literature transferring, this paper analyses the copyright risks that encountered in the work in detail, and puts forward risk prevention measures, in order to provide references for developing copyright management work of co-construction and sharing of digital resources in libraries.
