摘  要:利用等离子发射光谱仪测定稀土系贮氢合金中铁、镁、锌、铜的含量,测定范围铁、镁、铜0.0050%~0.30%,锌0.010%~0.10%。通过不同实验,研究了各种仪器条件和基体干扰等因素对测定的影响,进行回收率和精密度实验。该方法具有灵敏度高、稳定性好、准确度、精密度好等优点,能准确测定稀土系贮氢合金中低含量的铁、镁、锌、铜的含量。方法精密度RSD均小于6%,回收率在95%~105%之间,满足分析检测的要求。Determination the content of Fe Mg Zn Cu in rare earth system hydrogen storage alloys by ICP-AES.Measuring range Fe Mg Cu0.0050%~0.30%,Zn0.010%~0.10%.By comparing different experimental result,we were studied the effects of various factors on the determination.By means of the recovery and precision experiments proved that the method has the Following advantages:High sensitivity,good stability,accuracy,good precision and it can accurately determine the content of the Fe Mg Zn Cu in rare earth system hydrogen storage alloys.Methods the precision of RSD was less than 6%.The recovery rate was between 95%~105%.Meet the requirements of analysis and testing.
