摘　　要：为提高胎面质量的稳定性,根据胎面挤出复合生产线的生产工艺原理,通过分析影响胎面质量的影响因素,提取了关键的生产工艺参数,结合生产人员的工作经验,建立生产工艺配方模型,从而提高了胎面质量稳定性,获得了良好的经济效益。In order to improve the stability of the tread quality, according to the principle of the tread extrusion compound line production process, the influencing factors of the tread quality were analyzed and the key production process parameters were extracted. Combined with the production staff＇s work experience, the production process formula model was established, thereby improving the stability of the tread quality, and access to a good economic beneflts.
